Site Ready was created from a mix of hands-on experience, professional training, and a deep understanding of how hard it can be to turn an idea into a home.

I grew up in a small town in upstate New York, where my family and I spent years rebuilding our 100 year old farmhouse—learning as we went, figuring things out with limited resources, and making plenty of mistakes along the way. That experience sparked a love for buildings, for problem-solving, and for the real, lived-in side of design.

Years later, I earned my Master’s in Architecture in Boston and have worked as an architect across a range of residential and commercial projects. Through all of it, one thing has always stood out: most homeowners don’t need fancy diagrams or industry jargon—they need clarity, direction, and someone who understands what it actually feels like to take on a building project.
